Louanne Morra

Louanne Morra is the Vice-President of CasaMorra Homes and has been in the residential design field for over 20 years. Louanne graduated from Humber College in their Interior Design and Architecture Program. For most of her career, Louanne performed design, decor and the staging of many model homes across the GTA. In 2010, her work was featured on the cover of  Homes Magazine. Louanne has also worked in the Countrywide Homes sales centres and performed framing walk-throughs as further evidence of her diverse background in the residential construction industry. 


Louanne redesigned the interior of the Graham Robinson Heritage Home in 2016/2017, including the site supervision of all trades required to completely renovate the interior of that home.

Sam Morra

Sam Morra is the founder and president of CasaMorra Homes. Sam Morra has been a professional engineer for over 35 years. He grew up helping his father build their first home in Bolton and in 1984 graduated from the University of Western Ontario from the Civil Engineering Program. Since then, he has enjoyed a successful career in the construction industry with 12 years as the Chief Operating Officer of Condrain Company (East), overseeing the creation of thousands of serviced residential lots. Sam is the first developer ever to relocate a heritage home from a third party property into a new subdivision, Graham Robinson house. Together with his wife Louanne, they transformed the Graham Robinson house and the residential area into a beautiful community.

From 2005 to 2018 Sam served as the Chief Operating Officer of Condrain Company (East). In 2018, he became the Senior Vice President of Planning and Development for Condrain’s Sister company, Condor Properties.
